Project on Albania.
Here is the project for you to read. There are approximately 400 words. The photos can't be included, but we can see them in class on Friday.
THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
Albania is a small country in southeastern Europe. It borders Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia and Greece, and has got a coast on the Adriatic Sea. Italy is opposite Albania's coast. It isn't a member of the European Union yet, but it is a member of the United Nations.
The population of Albania is approximately 3 million, and its capital is Tirana. The country's total area is about 29 000 km². The official language is Albanian and the people are called Albanians. In their language, the country is called Republika e Shqipërisë, and its motto is "You, Albania give me honour, you give me the name Albanian". The currency of Albania is the Lek.
Geography, fauna and flora
In the coastal areas there is a Mediterranean climate, with mild, wet winters and hot, dry, sunny summers. In the inland areas there are mountains and lakes. In Albania there are a lot of forests, where a great variety of fauna and flora live: there are 3250 species of plants and there are wolves, bears, wild boars, chamois, the Balkan lynxes, wildcats, martens, and polecats. On the coast you can see seals, pelicans and cormorants. In the countryside there are vultures and the golden eagle, the national symbol.
Politics and government
The head of state of Albania is President Bamir Topi, who lives in the Presidential Palace of Tirana. The head of government is Prime Minister Sali Berisha. The Parliament of Albania has got 140 members.
Religion
The majority of Albanians are Muslim and there are also Christians. The most famous person from Albania is Mother Teresa of Calcutta, a Roman Catholic nun who worked in India.
Culture
Albanian, Greek and Turkish music, songs and dance have got similar influence and
characteristics, and literature is very important in Albania. A famous writer is Ismail Kadare.
Tourism
In Albania there are lots of important and interesting Greek, Roman and Ottoman ruins to visit. There are also beautiful beaches, mountains and villages that tourists like very much.
Food and drink
Food and drink in Albania are Mediterranean. Albanians like fish, lamb, bread, olive oil, vegetables and fruit. Specialities are dolma (stuffed vine leaves), tarator (cold yoghurt and cucumber soup) and baklava (honey and walnut pastry).
Sport
Albanians like playing and watching football and basketball, as well as rugby and volleyball. The Albanian Football Association is a member of UEFA and its nickname is “The Red and Blacks”.

MONÓLOGO. Cómo te pones los calcetines
Hola, me llamo Helena, como ya sabéis, y os voy a contar cómo me pongo los calcetines.
Bueno, para empezar, muchas de las mañanas para ir al colegio, mi madre me levanta
a toda prisa para que me vista y nos vayamos al colegio.
Primero, me aseo y me visto, después me pongo los zapatos, pero claro, antes de eso... los calcetines.
Estoy tan apurada aligerando para no llegar tarde al colegio, que cojo unos calcetines cualquiera que ni los miro.
Cuando ya he ido al colegio y vuelvo a casa, me doy cuenta de que...¡TENGO UN CALCETÍN DE UNA FORMA DIFERENTE AL OTRO!.
Por eso nos debemos levantar más temprano para ir al colegio. Porque si nos descuidamos un poquito...¡nos acabamos dando una sorpresa desagradable!
O también en otros casos puede que nos llevemos unos calcetines que tengan un boquete,
porque yo ya tengo en mi cajón algunos con un pequeño boquete... Pero bueno, por eso intentaré levantarme más temprano para fijarme mejor en varias cosas...

Hola me llamo Laura.
Tengo que contaros una cosa, bueno, más bien un cuento.
Para contar un cuento se necesitan dos cosas, una historia y lo imprescindible, una persona que la cuente.
Hay muchos cuentos, pero no me acuerdo de muchos.
Os puedo contar, Alicia en el país de las pesadillas, bueno, es que… si no… uno, ¡tiene pesadillas.!
A lo mejor La Bella Roncante, pero hay un problema ¡no tenemos tapones para los oídos! Y… ¿qué os parece Blancanieves y los Seis enanitos?, sí, sí, Seis! Es que el Séptimo se enfadó y como era mudo….
El lado positivo es que Blancanieves tendrá que hacer menos comida y tendrá más tiempo de ver La Noria y Sálvame en la tele.
Yo ya soy muy mayor para estas cosas, así que… mejor…¡ no os lo cuento!

Bueno me ha tocado hacer el monólogo de qué es el azul .Como vosotros sabéis yo me llamo Rebeca .El azul es el mar Mediterráneo al amanecer con el reflejo del sol .Es el cielo cubierto de estrellas durante la noche .Son los ojos tiernos de mi hermano Raúl .El azul es el color mas relajante y traquilo .Y suele ser el preferido de los niños .El azul es el color de los delfines al revolotear en el mar .Es el color de los peces al nadar .Y el color de los tiburones al burcar comida .Son las rayas de la camiseta de mi equipo de fútbol ''Málaga''.Es el color de los ríos y lagos .El color azul tiene 4 signos del zodiaco que son : piscis ,acuario ,sagitario , y libra que representan el color azul y el agua .También se considera como el azul celeste y azul cielo .
